[OE-core] [PATCH] grub-efi: Force no-pie build

PIE is enabled by default on the latest Debian LD. Disable it for
grub-efi. Otherwise:

| /usr/bin/ld: -r and -pie may not be used together
| collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
| Makefile:61382: recipe for target 'trig.module' failed
| make[3]: *** [trig.module] Error 1
