[OE-core] question about new "recipe-specific sysroots" feature

  yup, i already knew that it would be a minimal (uncluttered) sysroot
for this recipe, it just wasn't clear if there were any subtle tweaks.
i suspect i will have more silly questions as i work my way through
this new feature.
