[OE-core] [PATCH 11/13] wic: direct: add PartitionedImage.prepare method

Moved code that calls prepare method of Partition objects
from DirectPlugin to PartitionedImage.prepare.
The idea is to have all code that works with partitions
in PartitionedImage class.
