[OE-core] [PATCH 5/6] gnu-efi: 3.0.5 -> 3.0.6

[Robert Yang]

* Update parallel-make-archives.patch, the patch for lib/Makefile is
  already in the source.
* Remove 0001-Mark-our-explicit-fall-through-so-Wextra-will-work-i.patch, the
  source uses a similar way to fix it.
