Fails under mingw, which is a regression compared to pkg-config.

libpkgconf/.libs/path.o:path.c:(.text+0x1f9): undefined reference to
`S_ISLNK'
libpkgconf/.libs/path.o:path.c:(.text+0x2e5): undefined reference to
`readlink'
