[OE-core] [PATCH 39/45] oeqa/selftest: Standardize json logging output directory

Currently sdk & sdkext will output json file to LOG_DIR, while
selftest will output json file to TOPDIR/log.

Standardize selftest json output file to LOG_DIR.
