[oe] [PATCH] wvstreams 4.6.1 with context patch for ARM architectures

Dear List,

Attached is a patch which gets wvdial working on ARM devices.

Wvdial or more precisely wvstreams thows an exception on ARM devices as
get/set context isn't supported.
