[oe] Doxygen integration?

Do OE/bitbake currently have an integration (a bitbake stage?) of Doxygen[1] to generate documentation from the sources?

If yes, does it also support linking e.g. documentation from linked libraries via TAGFILES?

If not, what would be the best way to do something like this?
