My suggestion is to have a clear owner of it. That person decides what
goes in and what the policy is for patch acceptance.
This obviously only works if that patch acceptance policy is clearly
documented. I also appreciate the irony of not having this done for
OE-Core yet but I know Jefro is working on pulling that together and it
is going to happen. I've just taken the decision not to hold back
OE-Core until we've sorted out the documentation side as I think we have
a relatively clear idea of what we want to try and achieve at a high
level at least.
