I was counting Frans as it sounds like he does have interest.  But one 
is also not enough.  I'd like to wait a little bit longer after my post 
you quoted above since that makes it very clear the TSC opinion is that 
there needs to be folks stepping up to run the BTS for meta-oe and that 
isn't happening yet.
