I am an electronics engineer that has built PCB schematics and layouts for 40 years. I have had some experience with loading operating systems onto embedded systems I have little experience with the structure of the embedded firmware that runs on the embedded system, hence, my interest in embedded.org. My skill set includes high speed pcb design, schematic capture, EMI reduction (radiated emissions), project management, component selection, etc. I run linux and have OpenWrt running on my router.
