Hosting BSP layers on oe.org?

At least one board member is on vacation (for real).

I should have asked earlier, what is the time frame for figuring this 
out? In my mind it wouldn't become critical until we had substantial 
progress on oe-core. And until we have a real release, hosting things on 
services like github should allow progress on actual work.
